obd connector in 1990 new yorker

Default obd connector in 1990 new yorker
does anyone know where to find the obd connector in the 1990 new Yorker and where to get a decant convertor to make it an obd2 connection? all help appreciated, thanks.

what i remember from back then . you turn the key on and off either three or four times on the last time leave the key in the on position and the check engine light starts flashing count the flashes and thats the code
