Post '97 Concorde Intake Manifold Gasket Kit Job

Hello, I am replacing the gaskets on the upper and lower intake manifolds for my 1997 Chrysler Concorde, with the 3.5L V6. Do you have any tips or tricks for me when doing this job? Such as: Do I need to use any sealer on the gaskets or can I just slap them on? Additionally, I should that I should torque the lower intake manifold to 16ft/lbs and the upper should be 11ft/lbs-is this correct? What are the actually specs, or is just "solidly-hand-tight" good enough for it? Any response is greatly appreciated!
