Default 99 300M Belt Replacement

Greetings all,
First time posting here as I simultaneously pull out my remaining strands of hair. I need to change the drive belts on my wife's 1999 300M. I have a Haynes manual for the Concord/Intrepid/LHS/300M but when it come to anything under the hood of a 300M it's all but useless. None of the guidance or illustrations match anything in the manual. Any tips on where/how to start? Specifically with the flat serpinteen since it has to come off first. It doesn't appear to have an idler pulley...if it's in there I can't find it. I don't see any kind of adjustment mechanism, but then again it's so doggone packed under there I just may not be looking in the right place. Any tips on how to do this operation? I'm actually fairly mechanically inclined but the 300M is a real bugger to work on. Thanks in advance.
REX
