99 LHS heater error 23 blend door

How do I find the blend door servo or test the circuit to see if it actually is the servo not the temp controller?

the blend door actuator is in the middle of the dash vary bottom pain in the butt to get to.

the center console needs to come out to remover it.

I have a 99 LHS. ERROR code 23 and 26. The blend door when disconnected from the car but still wired in only works when calibrating.
