did lot a work on this car but this problem i cant hack.
gauges stopped working, heat stays on max, overhead display shows only driving direction and air bag light stays on. all this happend at same time.
car runs fine, no check engine light.
all fuzes, relaysfine. 95k on odemeter.
ideas anyone?

My '99 300M did this just before the battery took a crap...could also be bad connections...test the battery and clean the connections.

Most likely will notfix your problem, but would save a lot of hassle and prevent you from lookin like a fool if you took in to a mechanic and that ended up being the cause....

 

I would start checking wires might of pinched something going back togther.
