Where is the battery located on a 2000 LHS. I have followed the cables to the rear of the engine and they disapear. Any help out there?

 

The battery on the 300M is located in the front right wheel well...to get at it you need to remove the plastic inner wheel lining. If I remember correctl I had to take out the air cleaner/filter assembly also....good luck.

 

On my 2000 300M the battery is located under the air filter box. I assume it's the same on the LHS.

 

you have to take the right front tire off and the air intake tube. also there is a cover that comes off behind the tire..
