Hi guys
I have a 2000 Concorde LXI with a infinite sound system with 6X9 on the rear deck and mid/tweeter in the front and a 4 disc changer below the head unit. Here's my question(no one can give me a good answer) and I hope someone here can tell me..... does this system have external amps or is it in the head unit? If its external, where are they? I looked it up in the Haynes book and tried goggling it and can't get a clear answer. If I can't get a reply, I'll have to do test to see if there's and amp in the system but I would prefer to know before. If someone knows, please reply....

BTW I'm over 50, but still a kid at heart and love my music. I'm replacing the whole system to JL Audio and 3 monitors.

 

Thats awesome. Can anyone tell me if my car has a factory amp? its a 97 LHS with premium audio package. Thanks
