Default concorde oil leak

just bought an 03 concorde, oil is leaking behind the timing cover. mechanics tell me that this is a dry area because of the timing belt, but my haynes manual is showing a timing chain on this engine. any help would be appreciated.

The 2.7 has a timing chain and the 3.2L&3.5L has a timing belt.

PS-goto page 2B-6 in the haynes book and you'll see a clear picture of the timing belt for 3.2L-3.5L
