Now on my third controller. One was used off ebay, 2nd was "reman" unit off ebay. Original unit had intermittent display failure and was replaced for that. Since then when the controller fails to operate correctly, it will not go to diagnostic mode. The last unit was replaced in Aug 09 and just last night would not work. No heat, just cold. Pressed the three buttons on controller at same time like Mitchell manual says, but no diagnostic mode,so no codes to consult. Please help, wife is cold. Thanks, DaveC.

 

looks as though it may be a blend air door actuator problem. Just ordered one from local Dodge dealer. No afermarket availability from local parts stores. Will find out tomorrow evening if the problem has been resolved.

 

make sure the heater core hoses under the hood both are hot where u cant hold them.
