Default Dumb Question

I know this is dumb , but you never know? well i dont anyway. so i bought this 03 concorde a few months ago , it drives nice - small prob with 02 sensors (i think?) anyway the speedo is saying it has 155k on the clock and the engine is just smooth and peppy. well just today i was under the hood trying to see the maker of the current brand of 02 sensors that were replaced in this car (they are new) and i spot , what i think is the vin number on the side of the engine? and it does not match the vin on the dash. i took a pic. is this a vin number? if so the engine has been replaced. i dont mind , prob has less miles on the engine then what the car speedo is reporting. or i could be wrong? just wanna make sure this is also a vin number? but wait now im stumped if its a vin , what if someone was forced to replace the manifold? then the numbers would not match. i need some sleep.

Code:
only use denso or ntk not bosh
thanks for the reply on the vin part. now onto the 02 part. buddy?

i could not find any maker lables on current 02 sensors , however they look to be brand new. My engine light is currently on so i took it by the local advanced auto parts and they hooked up to their computer and told me i have bad 02 sensors or thats the code its putting out. so say the previous owner did not install the right brand of 02 sensors in the car , would it stall , run sluggish at times , lose power at times? what are symptoms of bad 02 sensors? im curious before i drop $350.

best pic of one i could come up with. gold plate cover , red wire cover.
