gear indicator light

gear indicator light

in the console the gear indicator (P,R,N,D...etc) no longer illuminates when lights are on. appears to be a sealed unit. is this repairable?

I am having the same problem, though the lights illuminate when the heated seat in on LOW...?? Any thoughts??
