Headlights, Power Lock, & Power Seats Not Working!!!

Headlights, Power Lock, & Power Seats Not Working!!!
1999 chrysler concorde 2.7 engine 
I recently had an issue with my car, it went dead so we cheched the battery and had it replaced because we were told it was bad. The car started 
but when driven it wouldnt shift out of 1st gear
, they thought it was the tcm but after a day at the transmission shop the guy said it ended up being a wiring problem. My car is back to "normal" with the exception that now the darn headlights, power lock and power seat dont work, highbeam lights will come on if i pull on the turning signal but will go off i let it go... Any ideas on what could be the issue now?
