Thanks for the reply i will do this today.I have the ecm out and i took the cover off of it and i was kinda surprised at what i seen. The Gel has really bad cracks in it all over the place and i could see where moisture maybe getting in.Not to mention she hit a deer a year or 2 ago and only had her car half *** fixed so there is a decent gap in the hood to the front bumper on the drivers side so it might have let alot of rain and what not in there and got the ecm. There are you chips side by side of each other the get above it is completely split open.

Here is a update I took it to the Chrysler dealer and well they weren't much help. Replaced the computer $700 and guess what still has the same problem. No spark just cranks. I asked how they diagnosed it being the computer and kinda got the run around. I was then told it could be the timing belt or the skim. I asked if the Chrysler computer showed timing in sync or out sync and that's when they got pissy with me. They are wanting to charge her $200 to tear it down to check timing because the computer shows in sync but the mechanics are not sure if its right..not sure what to do now I feel they are taking advantage of my mother in law and are just throwing parts at it. I asked them if they did a pin out test before replacing the pcm and never did get a actual answer they just kept explaining what else it could be.
