i dont know whats left to replace?
hi, everybody..well i have a 1996 chrysler concorde lxi 3.5 that has once again stopped running for me this year. this year i have replaced the starter, alternator, sparks, transaxle, rotors, brakes and some hoses...the last time i was driving i heard a pop and the car slowly lost power then cut off. i was turning for me but not starting, thinking i knew what it was i got a fuel pump replaced that and no luck. did some further trouble shooting and thought it was the coil pack replaced that and went to start it and seemed as if my battery was drained. got a jump for it but still not enough power, i keep hearing a clicking from the fuse area also(that just started). im lost and about out of money, so any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
I have a 1996 LHS 3.5l, basically the same car with a diff body. I too am in the middle of troubleshooting a domino effect of issues. The thing about these cars is that not running issues tend to be pretty inexpensive because they are usually sensors that control those major parts that fault. I just finished changing multiple sensors and pumps, PCM, etc... all from a mechanics(chysler dealership no less) turns out it was wiring harness that grounded out back where you cant see. I found an old scragly barely working harness i yanked form a junk yard for $20, lots of patchwork but solved the problem that the mechanics screwed me out of over a grand for $20 bucks and a Chilton
