So my parents 99 300m spun a bearing, my father rebuilt the motor, but for some reason the valvetrain started making a ton of noise, so he left the car un attended for a few weeks, few electrical componnets were unplugged but nothing major, we go to start it today and for some reason, the key wont turn, the steering wheel is unlocked, car wont shift, key in the trunk does not work, and the key wont turn in the driver side door but will turn on the passenger door. help?
