replaced my entire fan assembly and the fans still wont turn on when the engine gets hot.was told that the electric mechanism (dont know the name)where the relays are was only receiving power on one side.checked the fuses.

 

anyone know what the electric mechanism (looks like a box) that houses the fuses and relays is called?Also,anyone know why its possible mine is only getting power to one side.I replaced my entire fan assembly and the relays but the fans still wont turn on.
