Replacing headlight bulb in 04 Concorde

Does anyone know how to replace the headlight bulb in a 2004 Concorde WITHOUT taking the front bumper off? There has to be an easier way! Any response will be appreciated.

Replacing Headlight Bulbs

Scooby- you said no- does that mean that the bumper does have to come off, or that you do not know the response to my question?
