when putting in a PCM

what all is needed to do to successfully install the PCM?

1996 chrysler concorde 3.5L

Okay, but aside from programming the VIN and the mileage, is there anything else that needs to be done to sync it or anything?

i take it u install a pcm and it did not fix the issue. 9 times out of 10 its not a computer prob, wire or connector issues are more likely.
