Smile Wipers INOP, need some help

Hey ya'll just recently picked up a 1993 Chrysler New Yorker Fifth Avenue, and I have some issues going on with it.
Issue one is that I am on my 3rd wiper motor, and am now convinced it is not the motor itself. I have tested the connector and it has battery voltage, and it is receiving signal whenever the wipers are turned on. However, motor will not turn at all. I can hear clicking coming from the BCM. I am going to clean the connectors and the plugs and all that since I did notice corrosion on them. If anyone can link or post to a wiper/washer diagram/circuit I would appreciate it. Kind of going blindly and just using basic knowledge. Would like to know how Chrysler wired these things up. And to verify, the motor was deemed bad when I bought the car, since I noticed that as soon as a fuse was finally put into it the fuse popped right away.

Issue two is that my headlights like to turn off after 10-15 minutes, then about a minute later turn back on and repeat. I have only seen two responses and both led to the BCM being the culprit.
Has anyone experienced 1 or both issues where BCM replacement/ rebuilding has fixed both issues?
If anyone can maybe give a wiring diagram/circuit for the headlamps too that would be appreciated!

Hey so I did some wishful thinking and decided to get some electrical cleaner and found the BCM (passenger side, near right kick-panel). I first disconnected the negative battery terminal, make sure you do that before messing with the BCM. When I disconnected the BCM connectors I found that the plugs themselves were corroded inside the pins and on the BCM itself. So I cleaned both parts and let them dry, and re-connected everything. Installed the new wiper motor and all wiper functions work along with all speeds and delays! As for the headlights, I had a 20minute timer going and the headlights have not turned off! So potentially killed two birds with one stone there. Hope if anyone else has this issue can benefit from this and not having to fork out hundreds for a new BCM on an almost 30+ year old car. Thanks yall
