Default RE: H.I.D. Conversions 2000 cirrus 9007std bulb

Can this fit the 1999or 2000 Chrysler Cirrus? It uses a STD 9007 bulb.

My lights are I think pretty dim. I polished the glass to remove film, and then got the 20-30% brighter bulbs and still they are not as bright as (the Nissan Altima 2002 or my Chevy Venture Minivan 2002. Halogen lights)

I have two cars that a dim, in my opinion, maybe I am getting old but my 15 year old and 18 year old kids tell me the same thing they’re pretty dim hard to see especially when oncoming traffic has NORAML LOW BEAM bright headlights.
