so i did a little research and i think im getting these. what do you think? they will go behind stock door pannels and rear deckliner so the grills wont be a problem.

they are a good speaker and well maid, and no you dont need to use the grills as long as your stock grill is on,but with the rear deck make sure your deckliner wont let dirt or dust into your 6x9 the coil is in the open because of the tweeter mount being in the center of the coil, speaker can get damaged if dirt gets into it

there is a deckliner on there so no worries. so should i go with those. i didnt get my dash apart because i dont know how to but i went to a local custom audio shop and the quoted me for 100.10 to buy and install two speakers/tweeters in the dash. i might do that but i need tires first.

Yea the speakers are good, but for the 100.10 is that with the speakers or are you bringing speakers for them to install,if its with the speakers and install its a good price, but if your supplying the speakers its a rip off,Most car audio shops do installs for free if you buy the product from them.Best Buy is one of them
