Just wondering if multiple unlock codes exist for the same SN number?

T19QN023212071 , the unlock code given was 4325 but multiple failures indicates a wrong code or something else.

Any help is appreciated

I am beginning to think the internal circuit board may have been replaced.

I can confirm 100% that the 4325 reports as incorrect, I've been locked out of the radio multiple times already

 

So there is only 1 possible code for each serial number?

 

Hi, yes, each radio is assigned its own code based on the serial number. If the code doesn't match, it may have been changed, although that's extremely rare for this model. Most likely, the cover with the serial number was replaced, or you copied the serial number incorrectly from the sticker.
