5241 is definitely the correct original code for your radio.
Try the default code 1234
If that does not work then it means that your radio has been recoded in the past to a different number.
If so then this will now be a job for a Radio Decoding Service

Unfortunately these Serial Number T00AM codes cannot be calculated but have to be looked up on the Chrysler Dealer database
This means that the code will not be available for free from anywhere on the Internet..
