H = I think this is a radio made by HITACHI for Chrysler vehicles and these codes are not listed on the Chrysler database

It will have to be taken into a Radio Decoding Service to be decoded/recoded

If TOOBE098500021 is the correct Serial Number then 31162 is the correct code

 

Maybe i wrote something wrong.
There are pictures of this Radio

 

Most of T00BE codes are four digits but this particular model is different as it is five digit
