MSX International To Provide Consulting Services for Improved Dealer Service Operations!

Auburn Hills, Mich., Dec 15, 2004 -The Global Service Division of DaimlerChrysler has selected MSX International (MSXI) to provide consulting services and implement dealer training programs developed by DaimlerChrysler Academy (DCA) for 4,200 Chrysler Group dealership locations nationwide.

MSXI consultants will provide in-dealership consulting services and training for functions designed to help dealers maximize retail service sales. Areas covered by the training include: Retail Service Selling Techniques, Quick Lube and Service Functions and Establishing Competitive Retail Service Hours.

The MSXI Business Outsourcing Solutions Group specializes in assisting automotive OEMs and their retail networks by offering targeted solutions designed to improve revenues, profits and customer satisfaction.

The agreement calls for MSXI to begin a pilot phase immediately with full implementation to begin later this year.
