Submitted back in Dec 2003, Brian Nialander of DaimlerChrysler's Chrysler Group received the approval from the US Patent Office for his design of the ME-412! Nialander, is also the designer for the upcoming North American Intr'l Auto Show Concept, the Chrysler "Firepower" (name is subject to change before show!).

Why is it that they will jump through hoops to get a car like this into production, one in which only the richest people can afford and that would be lucky to sell a handful of, instead of the '99 Charger R/T concept car that everyone wants and would be able to afford and would buy immediately. I had a few hundred people lined up to buy it after they had seen the pictures of it and it's powertrain, I was one of them and I would have done whatever was necessary to get one. I love the ME-412, but I couldn't own one even if I lived to be 1,000 years old.
