02 sebring front end humming road noise

02 sebring front end humming road noise

I am getting a humming noise from the drivers side front end. New tire and the problem is still there.Brakes are new as well. It is real apparent around 50mph and up.Any ideas.

Does the noise go away if you turn a little, left or right??
