My engine light comes on and off when the weather(extreme) changes, for example if its cold my light will come on, if its gets warmer the light will go off and stay off until the temp drops and it will come back on. I've noticed in the past year thats how it's works. Also my car makes a loud noise like I need a muffler but the noise is coming from the front of the car, sounds like a old truck almost. It sounds worst with cold starts but after a long ride it will quiet down a little. Hope this is familiar to somebody. I want to get the ups before I take to a mech.
