Default 03 sebring sedan 2.7l just cutoff

03 sedan just cutoff like no fuel 2 weeks ago. Got towed home and it started right back up. Today did the same, put gas in throttle body and it fired so I replaced pump and nothing. Dropped tank again and checked connection and was ok, so tried starting and would not. Started turning key quickly and it started but now have codes 1388, 1495 and 1684. Any ideas? I'm leaning toward the ignition switch.

P1388-AUTO
SHUTDOWN
RELAY
CONTROL
CIRCUIT

which if that circuit has an issue it will turn off power to fuel pump, injectors, coil and a few other items.

I think I set the ASD fault code by having relay out while trying to start. If I actually had a ASD fault it would not start by pouring in fuel in throttle body/ I looked at elec dwg abd see where ASD signal goes thru ignition switch. Thats way I am thinking the switch.
