Unhappy 05 Sebring air pump relay

I need help finding the air injection pump relay in my '05 Sebring. Can anyone post a diagram of where it is. I have a code that says "secondary air system". A fan like sound comes from the front of the engine after the car is turned off. It's not the engine cooling fan. This fan drains the battery in like 5 min. Found a post that said it was the air injection pump relay but I can't find said relay. I opened the fuse/relay box and pulled the relays one by one and it still didn't stop. I also did the same in the cabin fuse box with the same result. Can anyone help me.

The relay is on a bracket bolted to the air pump....

From under the car, look up under the intake manifold....
