My 2.4 is the noisiest pos I've ever owned. The thing sounds like a deisel when you accelerate. At idle, you can hear the mtr like it's in the front seat with you. I can even hear the planetaries in the trans when it downshifts coming to a stop. Almost like they forgot the firewall.I've had 35 yr old slant 6 Dusters and K cars that had less engine noise. No excuse for it in a 24,000 mi. '07.Any of you guys noticed this?
