I bought a used sebring about 2 months ago and since then the front right tire has blow twice and front left once. Everytime the tire blows the hub cap snaps in half also. Each time new tires are put on. I do not think the issue is the tires themselves. This is very dangerous and I do not think new tires are solving anything. What else could be causing this issue?

If you have a cracked rim that leaks slowly, putting a new tire on will not help the problem. If you fail to check your tires and drive on them when low on air, they will blow. Make it a habit to carry a tire gauge in the car, and to look at your tires at every opportunity. If they look low, check the pressure with the gauge. If they are losing air, find out why.
