Interior is beautiful,

some trim is kinda loose at the window there, the upholstery i mean .

What blows my mind is why in the world is this car only worth 4900?

Ive read around the webz that there was some issues with this model, has anyone had any issues with them? Engine and transmission wise? is this true?

Also the electronic Throttle body is something I really dislike: The response is soo laggy on the highway, other then that. no transmission leaks on the gaskets nor engine block. Everything looks clean, some very small rust on the hood edge, no underbody insane rust infact it looks very clean, Rims are in good condition too .

Some paint issues I can fix honestly.

Engine looks good.

all the electronics seems to work just fine too.

any advise please. it has this data:

Oldsmobile Alero 2.4L i have: engine model is the LD9

Displacement is 2.4 L (146 cu in)
Bore is 90mm (3.5in)
Stroke 94mm (3.7)
Peak HP 150p @ 5600 RPM
Max Torque 155 LB FT at 2400-4400 RPM

on the Sebring I am looking at the World Gasoline Engine model 2.4L has these specs,
its a DOHC inline 4.

The 2.4 L, 173 hp (129 kW) engine was used by Dodge in the R/T trim line of the Caliber. The dual overhead cam (DOHC) inline four-cylinder engine had 2,360 cc (144 cu in) of displacement with a bore of 3.46 in (88 mm) and a stroke of 3.82 in (97 mm).

I noticed the Chrysler has 2 cu in less then the Twincam LD9.

There is a difference in HP and Torque between the two:

2,360 cc (2.36 L; 144 cu in) GEMA I4
World I4 that is:

it's actually 2.36 L so Technically it really isn't a 2.4L is it?

in terms of raw power... compared to the car I have now and the Sebring,
also the CUrb Weight is that the Sebring has 284 more weight compared to my Olds so it is heavier.

TOrque & HP

Oldsmobile LD9
Horsepower - 150 @ 5600 RPM
Torque ----- 155 @ 4400 RPM

Sebring
Horsepower - 173 @ 6000 RPM
Torque ----- 166 @ 4400 RPM

Sebring has higher torque at same RPM and the RPM 4400 is the same as the olds, so sebring has more torque, but look at the RPM difference in the power, that s 400 RPM wider compared to LD9.

So my question is compared to power and acceleration, would it be better then the Olds or would it be pretty much the same due to a heavier Cub weight on the Sebring?

Sorry I am still learning about power and Torque so for give my ignorence: hence why i asked so I can educate my self more so please bring me some educational answers

Kind THanks
