Default 09 Sebring 12v tap and right high-beam doesn't work

Hey all,

I'm trying to find a good way to get a 12v source inside the cabin that is switched off with the ignition off. I'm trying to install a dashcam and need a good way to tap into 12v somewhere close to the windshield preferably.

Anyone know a good spot that isn't super hard to get to?

Also, my passenger side high-beam won't burn. There is no power on the socket, no fuses are out, the bulb is good.

Any suggestions there?

Thanks in advance.
