When you note used TIPM, was it a reman/rebuild or pulled from a another vehicle? The programming/configuration in a TIPM is vehicle specific and unless the old programming/configuration is removed (reman/rebuild) can cause issues as it is the central gateway for communicating with the other control modules.

It was a used TIPM, I have tried two used TIMP, which I would find weird that neither have worked. Do you think it should be programmed?
