Default 1996 sebring conv. broken, left rear, knuckle

my nephews 1996 sebring conv. has a broken, driver side, rear knuckle, from being t-boned directly at left rear wheel,it snapped at the area where it connects to upper control bar/arm,he thinks the driver that hit him was going about 40-45 m.p.h. pictures he has sent me show obvious damage to knuckle ,and strut appears bent also, all things considered ,im thinking that replacing the complete rear suspension assembly, would be the best thing to do,avoiding individual parts replacement, which could result in new parts not lining up properly due to other compromised areas on rear suspension that are also effected, but wont really be noticed until we attempt replacing knuckle, and strut, etc. only to find out parts wont line up or something,so far my parts research has shown, a used, complete rear suspension assembly, for around $250.00, everything i see so far in pics makes me believe this is a doable repair, any knowledgeable thoughts on this would be appreciated ,thank you.

Get a shop manual for the car which will provide information about dimensions you will neet to properly straighten the unibody. There's not much point in putting good parts onto bad structure.
If the car was hit hard enough to break the knuckle then you can bet there's significant structural damage.
