1997 sebring 2.5 misfire #4
HELP!
1997 Sebring 2.5 Convertible with a misfire on cyl #4.
Vehicle is running rough and would shut off. Restart car would run for a moment or two then shut off. Replace an *** load of parts, distributor, injectors, multiple sensors, magnets all kids of replacement parts.
The car now will stay running but is extremely rough. OB2 list error code as misfire on #4 cyl
On top of the rough running the car will stall out and shut down if the fuel goes below ½ of a tank?
HELP?
What can I do here??
Thanks
john

First thing that comes two mine when reading your post: and not knowing what load of parts were exactly change when conditions did improve.
I would hope that these parts were possibly changed:
- air filter
- spark plugs, and gaped correctly
- plug wires, adhering to firing order
- distributor cap
- distributor rotor
- fuel filter
- checked fuel pump pressure
- cylinder compression test
- cylinder leak down test
This is where I would check if not replaced.
You don't mention any burning of oil, is it?
It almost sounds like you may have water in the fuel as well?
