Hi guys, I just bought a 1998 stratus/sebring jx convertivle a month ago. The previous owner gave me only one remote keyless entry. and yesterday it just stop working.

The remote has good batteries on it, i tested them. but it wont lock, unlock, trunk. What should I check first........ i dont know if the problem is the sender or the receiver. I have no dealers near of me. well I have one but is stupidly expensive and they wont check my car before 2 weeks.

 

Guys, I did a home test to check if the remote were sending signal, and yes, when I press a button, then a signal is sent from the fob..... then what else should I check?
