1998 sebring convertible won't start
Found the starter relay in a smaller compartment separate from the other fuses and relays. The starter relay clicks appropriately but I do not detect voltage when the ignition switch is activated. Related fuses are okay. Is the ignition switch the next culprit?
Thanks again. When I removed the panel below the steering column, I discovered a wire hanging loose. It was clearly not part of the original system and when the previous owner made the repair, (maybe a new ignition switch?) the wire was not secured very well. Reconnected and secured and it started right up. It run so well when it is working. Thank you for your advice.
Well,
After all the frustration tracking this problem down, my daughter rear-ended another car. Moderate damage and no injuries. I think I can repair the engine damage, radiator, lights, etc, but how do I fix the bumper cover and fenders? Is is bolt-on body parts or are there welds to contend with. Thanks.

Bumper cover is plastic and is held on by numerous fasteners. Fenders are also bolted on. Go to chryslerparts.net to look up the parts and see a diagram from which you can figure out where the fasteners are located.
You'll need to check for structural damage underneath. If she hit hard enough to damage the radiator and engine then it's likely that there is some frame damage.
