2.7 R vs. U engine code
Greetings, all.
I have a 2002 LX 'vert (Gata) with the 2.7 on which I need to replace the timing chain. The engine digit in Gata's vin is R. In searching for parts, I have found several kits that specify the kit is for engine code U. One kit however, states that it is for either R or U. My question is, If I buy a kit that states it is for code U, will it also fit Gata?
