Default 2.7 Serpentine belts: How much torque to tensioner bolts?

Hi,

Please, anyone know what is the torque specifications for "install" process when two serpentine belts and pulley are replaced in 2003 sebring 2.7?

(torque for tensioner $ pulley bolts loosened in previous "remove" process).

It's not specified. Tighten it "securely."
