Default 200, how to lock doors when engine running with 2nd key?

I have a 2013 200 touring I do deliveries in the car & id like to be able to keep the car on wail i'm out so i don't wear the starter out turning it on and off all the time.
I'm in and out roughly 30+ times a day for 3 days.
what id like to do is lock the doors with my 2nd key with car running.
1) i've tried opening the door then pressing lock on the door but it wont lock
2) I locked the doors then open it to press the driver door lock post down but when i open the door all doors unlock.
3) i hoped locking the driver door with the key manually would some how eclectically lock all doors but just that one door locked.
4) If my auto window switch went auto up id roll the window down lock the car then roll it up then use the 2nd key to unlock the car but the switch only makes it go auto down.
does anyone have any ideas that i havent came up with?

i tried a few searches for the topic a few times but I gave up when i couldn't find it so hope its not a repost of an old topic I know some forum mods get upset about things like that.

If there's a way to control what happens when you leave the keys in the ignition, it will be in the owners manual. If you don't have one, you can download one from chrysler.com.
