2001 sebring with a 2.7, turns over but wont start. any help?

Exclamation 2001 sebring with a 2.7, turns over but wont start. any help?
Im working on a sebring, 2001 convertable with a 2.7 engine. Turns over but it wont start. Have tried replacing cam and crank sensors but still nothing... can anyone help?

no spark, power to coil packs, but nothing going through the coil packs. shop wants 100$ up front just to look at it... hoping someone on here can help me!
