Default 2001 Sebring: Burning Oil?

I wasn't quite sure how to title this one. 2001 Sebring LXi 2.7L bumped a curb corner this winter, denting in the front crossbeam. I've since replaced the radiator(also damaged). The car runs fine, stays at temp, fan works, etc. but if I rev the engine I get blue smoke from the exhaust.

The dented crossbeam is close but not quite touching the exhaust manifold or anything else important.

The angle of the front engine mount has obviously been altered within its bushing(so I'll have to get the beam straightened).

But could this have anything to do with the engine burning oil?

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

Probably not. Burning oil is more likely a problem at the top of the engine, like valve guides or maybe piston rings.
