Default 2002 Sebring Electrical Problem

The windshield wipers (including the spray for windshield washer) and turn signals, as well as the rear defrost, do not work all of a sudden. Though the hazard lights work well, so I'm not sure what the problem is. I looked up some possibilities: multifunction switch or a fuse seem the most likely.

I look forward to and would appreciate any help!

Start with your owners manual, and look up the fuses that control those functions. There is a fuse box under the hood and another one at the left end of the dash. The underside of the fusebox covers has a legend for what the fuses do. Replace any blown fuses you find and if none, then you will need to trace down the circuits to see where the problem lies. Fuses usually blow for a reason, so if they blow again after replacement, you'll need to figure out why. If you don't have a digital volt-ohm meter, get one. You'll need it. Could be the switch, could be something else.
It's doubtful that the defrost problem is related to the wipers. Those are most likely different problems.
It's a 12-year-old car. Problems are to be expected.
