I have a 2003 Sebring LX, 4D sedan, 2.4L.

The horn still works but the buttons for it in the steering wheel do not work. It still goes off when I lock it with a remote so the horn itself is ok.

The cruise control works, the air bag light is not on, and there aren't any error codes.

Suggestions?

 

possible clock spring or how switch in the face plate where the air bag goes

 

How easy is it to replace and how expensive is the part?

 

call around for the parts I don't sell them and asking how easy to do something thing is irrelevant what is easy to me could be your worst nightmare.
Buy a service manual read the procedure on what to do them u make the call if u want to do this or not.
