Default 2005 Sebring fan (not radiator) fan running constantly

My 2005 Sebring had a dead battery. I had the battery replaced and when it was connected we hear a fan running constantly. It is NOT the radiator fan and we can't locate the fan itself. It appears to be coming from the engine compartment. We have no codes from the OBD center.
Any ideas? Any help would be appreciated as the Chrysler dealership where we live is now out of business.
Thanks !!

Thanks for the reply. The radiator fan is definitely not running. The fan noise sounds like it is coming from inside the engine compartment and can't be heard from the inside of the car. I thought maybe their was a secondary fan inside the engine compartment that kept something else cool since that fan noise isn't pushing any air inside the car.
Thanks again.
