Why does the coolant of the sebring hear that it is bubbling after putting water in it.. also the coolant is always low.. i have to check it every 2 days... Please help on how to fix this problem? It hears bubbling the coolant in the container.

Are you putting "water" in there or the proper mix of antifreeze? Have the cooling system pressure checked to see if there's a leak. If so, find it and fix it. Use proper antifreeze as spelled out in the owners manual.

Download an owners manual at chrysler.com

The cooling system will not operate properly without antifreeze. Plain water will boil out.

OBD-II Trouble Code: P0128 Coolant Thermostat (Coolant Temperature Below Thermostat Regulating Temperature)

"Ive already added antifreeze coolant.." How much did you "add"? Adding in a couple of quarts after pouring in all that water ain't gonna cut it. Since you have no idea what's in there, the only safe thing is to drain and refill.
