Anyone knows place that can reprogram chrysler PCM off car please tell me

Search eBay. There are guys that sell re-programmed computers on an exchange basis. Costs about $200 including shipping both ways.

The issue you're going to run into is that the configuration data for the vehicle is stored in the PCM as well as a couple other modules. But, even IF someone can load the software off the car, you still have to have it paired with the WIN module in the vehicle or no cranky and no starty.
