Default 2008 sebring convertible

Has anyone replaced the rear window in there 2008 or similar rear window. I am looking for a replacement and all I can find is for a 4dr. Are these the same and does it have to be installed professionally?

Thanks for any info.

They are absolutely not the same part. Is yours a soft top or hard top convertible? If a soft top, try visiting a shop that specializes in convertible tops. If a hard top, try a collision shop. Unless you're experienced in replacing these, you don't want to do it yourself. It's a skill that is learned by practice. Find someone who does it all day every day to get it done right.

The convertible back glass is NOT the same as the sedan. The part number is MOPAR 68027039AB. A body/glass shop should be able to get a replacement. The convertible back glass from any 2008+ convertible will fit both softtop and hardtop.

The convertible back glass replacement for 2008+ is similar to a standard windshield or sedan replacement. Reason for having a professional install is using the proper caulk, getting the caulk bead the proper width and setting the glass on the top without any movement that would smear/compromise the caulk bead and reduce the integrity or adhesion strength of the caulk.
